Upon availing our services, the client is aware and agrees that:
1.1. Client has agreed to the Terms of Services of Captain Paimon's Genshin and Star
Rail Piloting Services.
1.2. Refunds cannot be made once payment is sent by client and client must adhere to
our payment process rules and reminders.
1.2.1. Payment rules and reminders: 1) to send your payment with the note that
says “pilot” (optional), 2) we are not liable if you have sent your payment to
the wrong payment account, and 3) to send your screenshot/proof of
payment, no screenshot/proof of payment = no payment.
1.3. List of characters to build cannot be changed once there is progress with the
character planned to be removed from the building process.
1.4. Availed service(s) is/are not transferable or splittable into different accounts or
service(s).
1.5. Captain Paimon’s Genshin and Star Rail Piloting Services is neither liable nor
responsible if an account that is or was under our care got stolen, hacked, lost,
scammed, etc.2. Once the piloting service(s) is/are complete, we advise the client to change the account login information and remove our official device access through Hoyoverse’s Account Settings. We are not liable or responsible if the client did not perform this.3. If issues/problems/misunderstandings rise, client(s) is/are prohibited from uploading or sharing information of the issue/problem/misunderstanding for it is best to settle and resolve it privately. If it is not resolved, client is free to upload or share information of the issue/problem/misunderstanding.4. Captain Paimon’s Genshin and Star Rail Piloting Services is allowed to issue extensions of the date of piloting services under various reasons, most commonly, but not limited to:
4.1. Health of pilots
4.2. Problems with our internet providers
4.3. Problems with our devices
